The Archives of St Alban’s College (ACSA)
The archives of the Royal English College of St Alban in Valladolid are formed of the archives of the three English Catholic College-Seminaries founded in Spain:
St Alban’s College, Valladolid, from 1589 to the present day (the REC).
St Gregory’s College, Seville, 1592–1767.
St George’s College, Madrid, 1611–1767.
The archives of each college principally consist of student registers, financial account books, and papers relating to property. The 16th- and 17th-century holdings are extremely fine. In the case of the REC at Valladolid, the archives also include the Rector’s correspondence, documents about the life of the college, and much of the interaction between the college and the city of Valladolid and Spain generally.
The college also possesses a small archive relating to the English Hospice at Sanlúcar de Barrameda as well the Royal Convent La Merced at Valladolid.
Libraries at the REC
The Royal English College has three libraries: the Pigskin Library, the Biblioteca, and a new student library. The libraries contain mainly theological, philosophical, and spiritual books. The historical collection of books about the history of England and Spain in the 16th and 17th century are quite interesting.

Archivos del Colegio de San Albano
Los Archivos del Real Colegio de Ingleses, Seminario de San Albano, están compuestos por los archivos de los tres Colegios-Seminarios católicos ingleses fundados en España:
Colegio de San Albano, Valladolid, desde 1589 hasta la actualidad.
Colegio de San Gregorio, Sevilla, desde 1592 hasta 1767.
Colegio de San Jorge, Madrid, desde 1611 hasta 1767.
Los archivos de cada colegio contienen en los registros de los estudiantes, libros de gastos, títulos de propiedad y de gestión. El periodo más completo son los siglos XVI y XVII. En el caso de San Albano, Valladolid, se conserva la correspondencia de los rectores, documentos de la vida del colegio y de relaciones del Colegio con la ciudad de Valladolid y España en general
Además, el Colegio posee un pequeño archivo relativo al Hospicio inglés de Sanlúcar de Barrameda así como del Real Convento de la Merced de Valladolid.
Bibliotecas del Colegio de San Albano, Valladolid
El Real Colegio de Ingleses, Seminario de San Albano, contiene tres bibliotecas: la biblioteca de pergamino (Pigskin), la Biblioteca y la nueva biblioteca de estudiantes. La temática de las bibliotecas es teología, filosofía, espiritualidad,principalmente, también es muy interesante la colección de libros de los siglos XVI y XVII sobre historia de Inglaterra y España.
